Insurance

We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit renters from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

Check-out 11:00AM

Our house manager will arrive at 10:30AM to inspect and return your deposit if everything is in good condition. Please hand over all keys to the house manager at that moment. Kindly vacate the premises by 11:00 AM to avoid late check out penalty.

Late check-out is available only if there is no check-in on the same day, as our property is very large and requires considerable effort and time from the staff to ensure it is perfectly clean within 5 hours for the next group. If there is no check-in on the same day, late check-out is possible. Please inform us at least 1 month before your reservation so we can organize the staff. If late check-out is granted, Villas Piedra Blanca will charge a Late Check-Out Fee of $200 USD to a night's rate equivalent.

-Two cell phone numbers in case of any emergency.

-Transportation company that will handle your transportation to the Villas.

-Flight details: Airline, flight number & arrival time.

-Confirm the amount of guests who will stay at the property and a list of their full names.

-If you will arrive in Sayulita after 4:00 PM, please let us know your new arrival time.

Early Check-In: You can request early check-in at least 4 weeks before arrival, subject to availability. A $200 USD fee will apply.

Transportation

To get to Villas Piedra Blanca, we recommend using a premium SUV car service or airport transfers. We strongly suggest choosing a transport service from Sayulita, as their shuttles will pick you up at the airport, wait for you for 30 minutes to do grocery shopping at the major 'MEGA' food store, and then take you to the house and back to the airport for approximately $240 USD. They are familiar with all the homes in town, making it easy for them to get you here. Services from Vallarta often have trouble locating homes. Bus: The bus ride from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita costs around $35 pesos. Buses normally arrive every 20 minutes, and the 24-mile journey takes approximately 1 hour due to frequent stops. If you plan on catching the bus from the airport, cross over the highway using the pedestrian bridge. The bus line serving Sayulita is COMPOSTELA, and their buses are usually white and green. Some newer Compostela buses have Riviera Nayarit logos in green, red, and white. Look for the name "Sayulita" written on the windshield of the bus. Note: Not all COMPOSTELA buses go to Sayulita.

Buses to Puerto Vallarta from Sayulita leave from the bus stop next to the Salud Clinic, located on the main road into Sayulita. There are seats available in a shaded area while you wait for the bus. Fares are as follows: P.V. $35 pesos, Bucerias $18 pesos, MEGA $18 pesos. The bus stops at all major shopping plazas in P.V. and terminates at "Gold’s Gym," just past Plaza Genovesa, before the road splits for the city bypass and tunnel. Here, you can transfer to a city bus to head further downtown. Buses within Puerto Vallarta have a set fare of $8 pesos, and you must pay each time you board; there are no transfers

Accesibility

Villas Piedra Blanca, is situated on Nanzal Hill, which offers a breathtaking ocean view. However, it is important to note that accessing the property involves certain challenges due to its location and terrain. Nanzal Hill is characterized by a steep road consisting of gravel, dirt, and cobblestones, which may require a suitable 4x4 vehicle during rainy season. Furthermore, reaching the property on foot requires physical effort as the walkway is steep. For guests with severe mobility issues or elderly guests, it is not recommended due to these factors. Once on the property, it is important to note the presence of steep driveways and stairs throughout Villas Piedra Blanca. While we have successfully hosted guests and weddings with guests from diverse backgrounds, ages, sizes, we want to emphasize that individuals with mobility issues or disabilities may encounter difficulties. We encourage guests in this situation to consider their own capabilities and consult with us directly to assess the property's suitability for their specific needs. The unparalleled view and the cherished memories created at Villa Piedra Blanca speak for themselves, but we prioritize transparency regarding potential challenges for guests with mobility issues or disabilities. "

Parking

 At the entrance of the property on the left side driveway you will find a triangle lot where you can park up to 3 small vehicles  or 4 golf carts. On the right side driveway you can park only w/4X4 or AWD vehicles. The left side driveway from the entrance is a shared access and parking is not permitted at any time.  Or an other option will be to park the vehicles on the street or in town there are some private parking places where you could pay per day or night or per hr.

Beach 

The beach on the north side of Sayulita is 600m, about 2 min in golf cart from the Villas Piedra Blanca. It takes another 4 – 5 more minutes to get to the beach in the main part of town. There are other places that you can explore such as: -Playa los muertos -Patzcuarito -Playa en Punta de Mita -Surf spots like Burros or la Lancha. 

What’s provided 

Kitchens:

- Fabric cleaning towels, instead of paper towels.

- Water for drinking and cooking, we have a faucet with a triple UV filter system in each kitchen and the palapa area. If you prefer you can purchase bottled water in the village or we have the empty 20 L water containers that you can exchange to buy the 20L clean water from Bonafont or Ciel from Coca Cola at the local stores.

- There are some basic cooking condiments.

- Paper filters for the coffee machine.

- Coffee makers: Drip coffee machine, stove top coffee maker, French press coffee maker, coffee grinders.

- Dish soap, sponge for washing dishes and dishwasher soap.

Cleaning

The maids go every other day, they arrive around 10 am, pur pool - gardener goes daily early in the morning around 7am. Staff does not work on Sundays and Holiday official days. If you require extra cleaning services, is subject to availability and a extra fee will be charged.

Smoking

You may smoke in open areas such as the pool deck, garden, driveway, and balcony. Please be extremely careful, especially during our dry season, to ensure that cigarettes are completely extinguished before discarding them. Due to the fire danger, smoking is prohibited in or near the palapas. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villas.

Trash 

The maids will pick up the trash on cleanup day. If needed, you can take the garbage bags to the large garbage cans on the left side of the property entrance. You will also find recycling bins marked with the recycling symbol for glass, aluminum, and paper.

BBQ

We have a gas BBQ in the palapa garden area. Please ensure it is not placed near the palapa when in use. When you finish using the grill, make sure to close the valve on the gas tank. We will explain how to operate the BBQ grill. The grill must be cleaned before departure, and we recommend cleaning it while it is still warm. A fee of $50 USD will be applied if the grill is left uncleaned at check-out.

A/C 

If you are not inside the rooms, please turn off the AC units. Keep the windows and doors completely closed while the AC is on. Also, do not leave the property with the AC on. Let's help the environment by avoiding unnecessary pollution.

Noise

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are strictly enforced after 11:00 PM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors.

TV

We provide satellite TV from SKY, an Apple TV is also available.

Fire

There is no fireplace, so please do not make any fires around the property. The use of pyrotechnics, fireworks, flying paper lanterns, or similar products is strictly prohibited due to the high risk of causing fires and their significant environmental impact through pollution.

You will find fire extinguishers on each floor of each villa, as well as in the palapa/garden area.

Laundry 

Guests have access to a washer/dryer center inside Casa Roca. It's electric, so it takes a long time to dry heavy items such as towels, and it has a small capacity. If you need to do a large load of laundry, there are a couple of laundromats in town that are very reasonable. Furthermore, our maids offer laundry assistance for a gratuity if they are available.

Electronics 

Please be respectful of our electronics. If you plug in any device into the stereos or TV, please ensure all wires are returned to their original places. Please note that there may be variations in electric voltage, even with electric regulators. We will not be responsible for any damages.

Maintenance

If there are any issues regarding the property, please notify us immediately. We want to ensure you have a great time without any trouble. If something does occur, we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Pools

Please try not to use excessive sunblock when using the pool. Wash the sand off your body before getting into the pool. We have a salt pool filter system in the three unheated pools.

Water

Note that we have a deficit of water in town, and the town does not pump water in the area everyday like ours. HELP SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT. You can show your respect for nature and help save the environment by reusing your towels during your stay, taking short showers and checking that faucets and toilets are not leaking water.

Drinkable water, we provide a faucet with a 3V water filter in each kitchen. Some guests prefer to purchase large 20-liter jars of water from stores, with the brands Ciel or Bonafont. You will find empty 20-liter jars available for exchanging with refilled bottles of water in the kitchen cabinets of Casa Piedra Azul. Other guests prefer to buy smaller bottles of water.

Septic tank

All toilet paper must be disposed of in the garbage can provided in the bathrooms... DO NOT FLUSH! If you cause a blockage, you will be responsible for the plumbing costs.

Grocery delivery 

To enhance your convenience and ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, we are pleased to offer a grocery shopping and fridge stock-up service for your arrival. Upon your request, our dedicated team will take care of purchasing the groceries you desire and stocking up the refrigerator before your arrival. This way, you can kick-start your vacation without worrying about finding a grocery store or spending valuable time on shopping.

Here's how the process works:



* Please provide us with a list of items you would like us to purchase. You need to specify your preferred brands, quantities, sizes or any other specific requests.
* We will source the items from Costco in Puerto Vallarta to big grocery stores & local stores to ensure freshness and quality.
* The groceries will be delivered and carefully organized in the refrigerator before you arrive.
* Upon check-in, you will find your desired items ready for you to enjoy at your convenience.
Please note that the cost of groceries, as well as the $200 USD service fee for shopping and stocking, has to be paid at check-in in cash. We will provide you with a detailed receipt for your reference. If you would like to take advantage of this convenient service, please let us know as soon as possible. Kindly confirm if you need the service at least 45 days in advance and provide us with your grocery list at least 14 days before your arrival, allowing us ample time to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

External services

The guest must inform Villas Piedra Blanca before check in day of any vendor that will provide a service in the property during their stay, such as company name, the service provided, schedule, contact info, etc. Villas Piedra Blanca reserve the right to refuse of entry to any vendor it is not a vetted vendor of Villas Piedra Blanca.

Safety

When you leave the property, you MUST lock all doors and windows. We provide one safe in Casa Roca and one safe in Casa Piedra Azul. The front gate and street door must remain closed at all times. If you have a delivery or expect a visitor, please be alert and DO NOT leave the doors open. We have security cameras around the property in all common areas, but not inside each villas; the cameras are for safety purposes only.

Rainy days 

During rainy days, if the street of Nanzal becomes slippery, for your own safety, you should limit the use of the golf carts. There are some companies that rent 4x4 vehicles.

Anywhere in town during the rainy season, certain occurrences may include variations in electricity and power outages. Therefore, you might want to consider unplugging all your personal electronic devices. If you have an event at the property, it may be prudent to rent a generator in case such situations arise.

Unfortunately, these kinds of challenges are part of living in a lovely Pacific subtropical village.

Rules
  • DEPOSIT. At check-in the renter must provide a cash security deposit of $1,000 USD, the security deposit will be returned if everything is in the same condition as on arrival. If the damages are greater than the security deposit, the renter must cover the cost of the total damage before check out. If any damages occur, the renter must report them immediately to the house manager.

  • SECURITY. The guest is obligated to keep the property secure. At the time of arrival, the staff representative will explain all locks and security installations and proper use; all damages resulting from carelessness or misuse will be charged to the guest.

  • NOISE. “Quiet Hours" between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

  • SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villas. Smoking is only allowed “outdoor areas". Evidence of smoking inside the villas will result in additional cleaning fee charges to the Guest as Excess Damage Cost and will be charged from the security deposit.

  • EXTERNAL SERVICES. The guest must inform Villas Piedra Blanca before check in day of any vendor that will provide a service in the property during their stay, such as company name, the service provided, schedule, contact info, etc. Villas Piedra Blanca reserve the right to refuse of entry to any vendor it is not a vetted vendor of Villas Piedra Blanca.

  • PARKING. At the entrance of the property you can park on the right side driveway on reverse w/4X4 or AWD vehicles. The left side driveway from the entrance is a shared access and parking is not permitted at any time, except for the triangle dirt lot on left side of the driveway.

  • GRILL. There is a Gas BBQ, please make sure it is not near to the palapa, when you finish using the grill, make sure you closed the valve in the gas tank. The grill must be clean on the departure & we recommend cleaning while warm. A fee of $50 USD will be applied if the grill is left uncleaned at check out.

  • A/C. Turn off the AC units if you are not on the room. Maintain the windows and doors totally closed while you have the AC on. And do not leave the property with the AC on while you are away or a fine will be charged against the credit security deposit.

  • FIRE. Fires on the property are NOT allow. The use of pyrotechnics, Fireworks, Flying paper lanterns, or other similar products are strictly prohibited.

  • WATER. Note that we have a deficit of water in town, and the town does not pump water in the area everyday like ours. HELP SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT. You can show your respect for nature and help save the environment by reusing your towels during your stay, taking short showers and checking that faucets and toilets are not leaking water.

  • SEPTIC TANK. If the guests plug the septic system by flushing anything but human waste will necessarily be charged for plumbing repairs.

  • BEFORE DEPARTING. We kindly request that to tidy up the premises, ensure that any furniture that may have moved is returned to its original position, place used towels on the bathroom floors, and load and start the dishwasher before departure. Please help us to maintain the cleanliness  the property. The housekeeping staff will handle stripping the linens and the rest of the clean up.

  • EVENTS / PARTIES. Villas Piedra Blanca does not allow parties or host guests who are not listed on the Rental Agreement, unless is approved by  Villas Piedra Blanca . A fee will be apply per event and it must be pay at check in.

  • PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES. The renter confirms and understands that the Property may not be used for any kind of drug dealing activity, drug use and consumption, money laundering operations, organized crime or any illegal activity whatsoever.

  • LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER CLAUSE. Villas Piedra Blanca is not responsible for any personal injury to the renter or the renter’s guests. Villas Piedra Blanca SA de CV is not responsible for the renters damages or losses from natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, rain, wind, or burglary and acts of vandalism.

  • VIOLATION OF LAWS. If violating any federal state or local laws, ordinances, or this rules by guests, at any time, while on the premises, Villas Piedra Blanca SA de CV reserve the right to terminate this rental agreement with no refund due, and guest must vacate immediately.
